II. The Company reserves the absolute right to terminate or extend an offer or any part thereof and / or to accept / reject any or all order/s without assigning any reason

III. It is explicitly agreed that in case of any dispute, the liability of the Company shall not for any reason exceed the total amount paid towards the cost of books ordered by subscriber. The decision of the Company is final and binding on the subscriber

IV. Decision of the Company shall be final and binding on all with respect to the terms and conditions

Payment mode

I. Subscribers must provide complete address with postal Pin code in the Online portal to ensure timely delivery at the time of booking order for books

II. Receipt for payment made will be sent to the registered email id of the subscriber after online payment is completed
